You may have noticed a little change to the website! Yes, I have finally got around to updating The Off Road Club ready for the next round of total world domination updates. Some of the pages are just placeholders for now, and I am working hard on the Reports, Events and Guides sections!

Ajax Chat

The chatbot has been eating some rather stale cookies lately, and this has made it quite sick . So I have made a few adjustments to the cookies recipe for the website, and now it seems that all is okay. (Hopefully).

If you're having trouble logging in to Chat, please delete all your browser cookies:

Or in Firefox: go to Tools > Clear Recent History / Clear Private Data

Click the details button and make sure cookies are checked to delete!

In Internet Explorer: go to Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History > Delete

Simply re-login to the site, and all should be fixed! (again, Hopefully).

After offering wiggy, one of our club members, an exorbitant amount of money, gold bullion and/or first-borns, he has come up with the web page design and logo for the Off Road Club. As offroadclub.com.au grows, we'll be adding more content and features to try and make this the best Aussie off road site on the net!

At this time some of the web site links or site features might not work. That's because wiggy is busy in his cyber-shed banging on things with a big hammer, and when we approached him to see what was going on, he just growled at us and mentioned something about having to learn how to code in php. So we just gave him a tinnie and left him to it...

Some of the things we plan to put on this site are:

• User submitted reports - We'll pick the best, most entertaining ride and off road adventure reports from the forums (with your permission) and proudly display them so that everyone can laugh, cry and enjoy the ride with you!
• Guides & Help - Off road adventuring can be dangerous, so this section will offer a bit of advice and handy know-how for you to peruse before you go out into the bush or up on the high seas!
• Gear - This is where you can support offroadclub.com.au by buying heaps of merchandise or just by sending us large wads of cash. This will really help cover the costs of running this website! We'll also be putting some free downloads on this page like desktop backgrounds and anything else we can think of.
• Your Suggestions - If you think of something you'd really like to see on the site, drop Scuba a line in the forums or post a suggestion thread. We will then consult our team of zombie-slaying gear-head scientists to see if it's a good idea. Really great ideas that result in us becoming dot com millionaires will win you some FREE GEAR, and we'll hire AC/DC and come round to your house to party!
