With the current development of modern braking systems, dirt bikes used on dirt don't need very high powered braking systems. Braking forces applied can only be effective based on two factors: Speed and available traction. Dirt bikes rearly exceed above 100 km/h average speed and off road surfaces don't offer ultimate traction.
Dirt bikes used in areas where supreme traction is available, such as supermoto, radial mounted 4 and 6 piston braking systems are widley available.
To put this into real world, road bikes have extremly powerful radial braking systems. Road bikes offer much more traction and therefore can sustain powerful systems.
There's no point having hugely powerful brakes which contantly locks the wheels, breaking traction and causing an accident.
Magura are have MTB braking systems, but also offer supermoto kits. I can't see any point of changing your standard brakes on a dirt bike used in the dirt. If you really want higher braking performance from your standard brakes, change the fluid regularly and use a softer compound pads.
