This is what Mickey had to say about it on Facebook...

Alright, apparently I have to give a revue of my husbands cooking and Dragon's recipe. The consensus is (drum roll please).......................IT WAS FCKIN' AWESOME! The chicken was beautifully crumbed which made the chicken cook to perfection - it was moist and not dry which chicken can sometimes be. Beautiful flavours and the salad that went... See More with it catered to all of us as dressing was separate for those of us that don't particularly want it. My hubby is a great cook.....when he is inspired enough to be - THANKS DRAGON. xoxoxoxoxoxo

Well I substituted Lemon Myrtle for the mixed herbs and left out the Season All from Dragon's instructions and used chicken tenderloins. Oh and I used Murray River 'Pink' salt flakes in the flour and to season the roast potatoes. Turned out a real treat and was enjoyed by the whole family.
